Our entire manufacturing process is based in Germany. We craft our production framesets from high quality components:

• Frames are made from Columbus Zona steel tubing
• Forks are made from True Temper steel blades
• We use frame building components from Paragon Machine Works

Frames and forks are initially Zinc-Phosphate coated to protect the steel from corrosion. Then, two layers of powder coating are added to ensure a durable finish. Usually we stock framesets in various colors and are able to provide custom colors upon request.

The frameset is available in five sizes. Each one is designed to run a specific wheel size that best suits the rider's body height:

• XS for 26" wheels* – body height up to 166 cm**
• S for 26" wheels* – body height from 167 to 174 cm**
• M for 27.5" wheels – body height from 175 to 182 cm**
• L for 27.5" wheels – body height from 183 to 190 cm**
• XL for 29" wheels – body height from 191 cm upwards**

All framesets are made for regular mountain bike tires, allowing 2.4" in the front and 2.3" in the rear. Additionally, there is space for mudguards.

* The XS and S framesets also accept 27.5" wheels but mudguard clearance is not given. Tire clearance is limited to 2.1" when using 27.5" wheels in these smaller framesets. ** Body height recommendation only.
